How is your appetite?
My appetite is good but I am always hungry.

if you're eating well and still not gaining weight, my first thought would be to look at GI, but definitely see what your doctor thinks. I really struggled with maintaining weight the first little bit post transplant, and still really have to focus on nutrient packing my meals. Think like smoothies, broths and other drinks have been huge for me.
I echo Ali's comments that there could be a variety of reasons for this inability to gain weight. Perhaps your doctor can refer you to a dietitian who may be able to help you track food consumption and provide some tips and tricks to help you safely gain weight. If you have constant stomach pain or unexplained bloating or any symptoms that make you feel like something is not quite right, you can always potentially see a gastrointestinal doctor as well.
Kevin is have no gastrointestinal .
Talk to your transplant team. That's exactly what they are there for.
I have appointment on march 5

@Workgirl1982 , as others have mentioned, your 1st stop is to consult with your transplant team. They should most certainly be able to connect you with a transplant nutritionist/dietician who can guide and advice you. They may suggest nutritional supplements (such as Ensure) if appropriate for you. Best of luck to you for next week's appointment. Hoping that you'll find a solution soon.🤞🙏
