Type 2 DM secondary to immunosuppressive medications

I have been a type 2 diabetic for about 5 years now and I have looked for information about managing my diabetes. Ironically I run on the low side. But my endocrinologist and I do not always see eye-to-eye and for me its incredible frustrating. I have been using a CGM for several months now because its easier than sticking my finger to determine where my sugars sit. Plus when I started using it I realized my sugars were higher than I realized. I also take 10mg of Jardiance. I try to walk a few times a week and generally I do eat right.

I am curious if there are others on here who are in the same situation and what your experiences are like. Thank you
