Hi Dom
thanks would have loved to join but can’t will there be a recording?
Also I have a question if that’s ok; how do you manage the time difference with meditation if you live in the UK and have to go to the USA for holiday as there is an 8 hr gap. Do you take medication based on the UK time or the USA time.
sorry I would have started a new conversation but don’t know how to do that - still learning tech.๐
Thanks
Hi @BabyJ25 ! Not a problem at all, thanks for asking! Yes, we will be posting a link to the recordings most likely by the end of next week.
For the medication question. Some people choose to stay on their native time and just set an alarm to wake up. When I travel to Poland which is 6 hours head of the U.S, I start moving my doses up by an hour a few days before. So, I will take them later and later in the morning and then take my next dose 12 hours from then. Usually by my second day it lines up with the morning and night time over there. Then I do the same when coming back to home. I've definitely gone outside of the 12-hour dosage timing before and for me it was okay, but I know that it's really not recommended. Have you checked with your team what they'd recommend?
Welcome to our forum, by the way :) There is a new discussion button in the upper right-hand side!
Hello,
I was excited about the theme of today's webinar, unfortunately, I took a "nap" I've been exhausted lately and could not boogie over to the computer to tune in. thanks for providing the recording. I will get better at budgeting my time and energy to make the other webinars.๐ Such a great opportunity and line-up of topics. THANKS!
Does anyone else still require a nap post transplant? I no longer take a 4 hour nap, but still need a siesta on early morning workout days and lunch. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

@GarciaChau , oh, you're not alone! I'm still a "napper", even almost 11 years post-heart tx. They really help me, refocus. I'm also lucky that I'm able to take (& function well) after taking power-naps (typical duration 25 - 40 minutes).
